UFI Filters and motorsport, an unbreakable pair of success from the 1970s to the present, which is also confirmed in the sponsorship of young talent. It was, indeed, a true rising star season for British driver Harry King, sponsored by UFI Filters, in the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland and Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup championships.
Harry took fourth place in the German endurance championship and the third step of the podium also in the Mobil 1, one of the world’s most prestigious one-make championships, held in conjunction with the Formula 1 Grand Prix at some of Europe’s most important circuits.
The last race of the Porsche Carrera Cup season at the Hockenheim circuit in Germany did not disappoint expectations, during which Harry gave us a lot of adrenaline and excitement taking home a 4th position in the general overall.
At only 22 years of age, Harry King confirms himself as one of the emerging talents in British motorsport, but also worldwide. In fact, he now also conquered Australia, with the EMA Motorsport team in the Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia, where he won first place in the Mount Panorama race, setting also the lap record on the Barthust 1000 circuit.
Harry King has already achieved major milestones in his racing career, proving himself to be one of the promising talents in British motorsport by winning the Carrera Cup GB title in 2020, becoming the youngest driver ever to win the championship. He was also named Autosport Driver of the Year 2020.
