We are among the 94 most competitive and sustainable Italian companies recognised in the first national ESG edition of the Industria Felix Award, held in Rome on 15th of October 2025.
What is the Industria Felix Award?
The Industria Felix Award is one of the most prestigious awards for Italian companies that stand out for their management performance, financial reliability and attention to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria. The 2025 edition, organised by Industria Felix Magazine with the technical support of Cerved Rating Agency, saw the participation of companies, institutions and partners committed to the sustainable growth of the Italian production system. The journalistic survey conducted by the magazine shows that only 0.6% of limited companies in Italy draw up a sustainability report, a figure that underlines the excellence of the award-winning companies, including ours.
The value of the award
Our company was selected among the virtuous companies that have been able to integrate innovation, social responsibility and concrete results, helping to define new standards for Italian industry, and has therefore received the prestigious ESG High Honour
“For us, receiving this award is not only an honour, but also a responsibility that drives us to look ahead, transforming ideas into concrete results. For UFI, these results stem from innovation: solutions that improve industry and the environment. However, innovation is not just about technology. It is about responsibility towards the planet and people, and this year we have demonstrated this with clear figures: a 21% reduction in direct emissions and more efficient production facilities. – Has declared our Chairman, Giorgio Girondi. – Looking ahead means going further, investing boldly in green hydrogen. Today, it is no longer a project, it is an industrial reality: we produce high-tech membranes that will be at the heart of the energy transition. This award belongs to the 4,300 people at UFI, in 22 sites around the world. They are the ones who turn the impossible into reality every day.
