Nogarole Rocca, 27th April 2018\u00a0<\/strong>– UFI Filters, a world leader in filtration technologies and thermal management showcases its expertise as a key provider for many leading global manufacturers and for the Aftermarket, at this year\u2019s Automechanika in Dubai (1st \u2013 3rd May 2018) \u2013\u00a0Stand H24 Hall 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The presence at the most important international event for the Aftermarket sector in Africa and Middle East, confirms the expansion strategy of the company that has recently reinforced its Dubai office to strengthen customer service support as business ramps up in the UAE, and in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

Inside the spotlights are technologies developed by UFI Filters for some of the world’s most important manufacturers. The glass showcases will display examples of the company’s wide range of products.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0oil filter for IVECO and NEW HOLLAND<\/strong>\u00a0applications, available in the Aftermarket catalogue as a complete module under the\u00a0UFI code 65.087.00 and SOFIMA S 5087 OC<\/strong>\u00a0and the replacing cartridge with the\u00a0UFI code 25.111.00 and SOFIMA S 5111 PE<\/strong>. The multi-layer pleated filter media ensures high-filtration efficiency (more 99.5% @12\u03bc), high pressure resistance (more than 35 bar) and thanks to the plastic housing a lightweight construction.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0complete module of the oil filter for BMW applications<\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a0replacement<\/strong>\u00a0available under\u00a0UFI 25.148.00 and SOFIMA S 5148 PE<\/strong>. The high technology module has a body made from plastic, reinforced with fiberglass that ensures significant weight savings, reduced fuel consumption and a drop in pollutant emissions. The filter can operate under pressures of up to 5 bar and even greater. The filter media maximizes the filter surface area minimizing the pressure drops and the efficiency.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0fuel filter for BMW and MINI applications<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0UFI 31.926.01 and SOFIMA S 9261 B<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 characterized by an aluminium casing and horizontal positioning directly connected to the chassis. This allows both the weight and size of the unit to be kept to a minimum. The internal filter element, with cellulose filtering media, ensures a filtration efficiency of over 96% with particles of 4 \u03bcm, even with high mileages.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0top performance fuel pre-filter for MAN<\/strong>\u00a0applications available under the\u00a0UFI code 24.035.01 and SOFIMA S 4035 NR<\/strong>. The cellulose-synthetic media ensures high filtration efficiency, water separation capacity more than 98%.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0drying filter for heavy duty breaking systems \u2013 IVECO and many other applications \u2013 UFI code 27.259.00 and SOFIMA S 7259 A<\/strong>, that avoids condensation of the air humidity contained in the system. The porous media has the capacity to absorb and retain the humidity of the air that passes through it, discharging the water deposit to the exterior of the braking system through a suitable air circulation. Drying filters consequently increase the reliability and the durability of the braking system.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0oil filter for powerful 5.0 litre V8 and 3.0 litre engines for JAGUAR and LAND ROVER applications<\/strong>. The filter cartridge \u2013 available under the\u00a0UFI code 25.073.02 and SOFIMA S 5073 PE<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 is made of synthetic fibres allowing a very high filtering efficiency of contaminant particles. To ensure a reduction in pressure drops and high ageing resistance, the synthetic fibres feature a high permeation rate and thermal-chemical compatibility.<\/p>\n

The UFI and SOFIMA booth is designed to perfectly reflect our new corporate image with a\u00a0special \u201camusement area\u201d dedicated to the F1 driving simulator<\/strong>. UFI Filters is acknowledged as a preferred supplier for many F1 teams, 8 out of 10 were equipped with UFI prducts during the 2017 season. The visitors will have the possibility of experiencing the real driving of a Formula 1 racing car.<\/p>\n
